Projects

Here at DraughtworX we are proud to have built an extensive architecture portfolio, predominantly in the residential sector.

Here's a few examples from the hundreds of jobs we've completed over the past 12 years...

H.M.O Development
(House of multiple occupancy)

Rice Hey Road, Wallasey. Our client, a large residential property developer, required proposals to convert this run down 4 bedroom terraced house to a 6 bedroom HMO with en-suites. After conducting a measured site survey, we designed a new internal layout before attaining planning permission for our client.

Over the past 3 - 4 years we have noticed a stark increase in

the number of HMO conversions coming through the door.

Some areas under Liverpool City Council have now implemented Article 4 directions to restrict the number of HMO developments.

Stable Conversion

(Green Belt)

The Wirral. The brief for this project required a design for an old blockwork stable to be converted into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom dwelling with open plan living and kitchen. Being a green belt site, sensitivity to surroundings was key if we were to win Planning Permission, our client employed us to produce 3D Visualisations to help with their case. Planning Permission was granted.
